National Zermatt - Matterhorn Views, Sunnegga Gateway & Spa

Excellent bedroom. Amazing view over mountain. Unbeatable and magnificent location - 10 min walk from the metro station. Popular restaurant not very far from the hotel;)))

Location: the hotel was so close to many restaurants and attractions, town centre and train station and skiing right across the street. Lucky that it was not very far from Giraffe Stop, offering food to go. The room was ideal and fantastic with a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

Conveniently located near a famous landmark and in a fantastic area.

The location here is amazing, just a short walk from the city center.

The cost is overstated, very!

We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and snack. The staff was most welcoming friom the moment we entered their doors until we left.The facility was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was phenomenal.. Our room was the quad room and was so comfortable for our group of 4., The amenities were wonderful including the spa facilities. It was the ultimate traditional warm Swiss exoperience with a view of the Matterhorn right from our balcony. We definitely would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We enjoyed everything except the walking access was a tiny bit confusuing. But would not lisdt that as a negative

location not far from the sunnegga funicular as well as zermatt. rich, hearty breakfasts with cakes and meats and european foods.

The hotel's location is marvelous and fabulous, as it is very close to the city center and the cable car to Sunnega. the staff were very kind and eager to help, making the stay enjoyable. the food at the hotel was excellent, adding to the authentic experience.

The location of Hotel National Zermatt is fantastic, situated conveniently near the ski area above Trockener Steg, the town center, and the train station. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area, including the stunning View Heathrow Observation Deck just 6 km away.

easy access to the Sky facility

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of hot and cold foods to choose from.

was treated as A valued guest. each request promptly answered. the location is close to the railroad station - important because most arrive by train. the breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. felt very comfortable as A solo woman traveler.

the pool was nice. the breakfasts were above average, with a variety of cereal and European foods. the rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained, complete with balconies.
